The patented One-O-Four technology utilizes the revolutionary HatchTech Microclimer Incubation Technology. The HatchTech design is an innovative combination of sequential radiators,multiple chillers and a state-of-the-art controller to accurately control air flow, temperature and carbon dioxide levels in the One-O-Four HatchTraveller.

1. The fans create a pressure differential across the radiators. The pressure differential and the pattern of the holes in the radiators together ensure that a uniform constant flow of air throughout the One-O-Four HatchTraveller is created.

2 The radiators are designed for uniformity of water temperature within the radiators. The temperature of the cooling medium through the radiators is continuously modulated to maintain the optimum air temperature. This system ensures that the chicks are constantly in the optimum environment.

3. Air does not escape around the baskets. Air flows through the baskets and ensures that the air temperature throughout the chick mass is uniform.

4. Each section is individually cooled via the radiators. The created pressure differential ensures a uniform air flow from radiator to radiator. The uniform air flow and the uniform temperature of the radiators create a consistent transport environment in each section of the chick truck body.

5. O2 supply is essential in chick transportation. The controller continuously checks and regulates CO2 levels. A modulating valve controls the fresh air supply to meet chick O2 needs
