Instructions, service and training
Our service department has developed a solid instruction and trainings program for easy start up of each new HatchTraveller.

To install the HatchTraveller on the truck chassis an informative instruction package will be supplied. After the installation of the HatchTraveller on the chassis, a HatchTraveller specialists will give a trainings course ‘on site’, at the location of the customer. This is a practical training for the staff that will work with the HatchTraveller on daily basis.

During the training course, step by step instructions of the complete logistical process will be trained: loading the truck, monitoring during transport and unloading of the chickens from the HatchTraveller into the poultry house. After the basic training, the HatchTraveller specialist will join your driver during the transport of the first chick transport.

After transporting, the birds the HatchTraveller control panel can be connected to a computer. This provides you with the opportunity to register the transport conditions of each specific load. This information can be very useful in your integrated quality control system, or simply as valuable information for your customer. The registered information also delivers valuable data that can function as basis during talks between HatchTraveller service people and the customer.
